Cancellation Policy
A NON-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and should be paid within 24 hours of making an appointment. We require at least 48 hours notice to change your appointment with Align Osteopathy, any cancellation or non attendance after this period will result in retaining of deposit and a new deposit required for further bookings.
Appointments booked over the phone, email or via messenger on the day of the appointment may not require a deposit, but 50% of the fee for the next appointment will be due when booking a follow up.
If you or your child are unwell and unable to make the appointment, as a gesture of goodwill, your appointment can be rearranged to a later date. An alternative appointment time must be confirmed within 5 days of the original appointment. This does not mean the alternative appointment will need to be within the 5 days, only the booking and confirmation made. This gesture of goodwill is only available once. In very exceptional circumstances, we will refund deposits, minus a £5 administration fee and each case will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Cancellations and amendments that take place prior to the 48 hour deadline can be made via a link in your appointment confirmation, through email, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, Instagram message, text or by phone through our mobile or landline numbers. If your deposit was made through the online booking system and you would like to book in again online, please visit the "use account credit"section of our online booking portal and select the appropriate appointment. You can also book via phone or email us to arrange at info@aline-osteopathy.co.uk.
